“I want to try drama, action and other roles different from what I’m doing now so I can become a better actor. But of course I will never leave comedy because it has brought me to what I am now and I also love making people laugh,” he said.
Asked what he loves about his role in “LUV U”, he said it’s being able to bully Kiray Celis who plays Whitney in the show. “That’s the only time I get to bully her because in real life we’re the best of friends,” he said.
This was supported by Kiray who said that Igi is different from boys around their age. “He’s a real gentleman. In the show he acts as a mean guy but in real life he’s the opposite,” she said.
On “LUV U” this Sunday (February 24), Rocky (Igi) will show his soft side when he tells Whitney and Camille (Miles Ocampo) the truth about JB (Marco Gumabao) and Boom’s (CJ Navato) plans.
What will they find out from Rocky? Find out on “LUV U” this Sunday after “ASAP 18” on ABS-CBN.
