TV5’s “Wowowillie” was welcomed by a series of surprise blackouts during its noontime debut.
The grand premiere of the newest noontime show on Philippine TV, the Wowowillie was caught by a series of blackout. The three-hour spectacle was interrupted by blackouts which caught the live audience surprised.
