“Indio” an upcoming Historical fiction-Epic themed-Philippine drama of GMA Network. It is the second of its like to air in Philippine TV after Amaya (TV series) under the same network.
“Indio” will be set during the 1500s and the 1600s. According to Sen. Bong Revilla, the lead actor of the series, their show is a fantaserye set against a historical background, right before the Philippines was conquered by Spaniards.
Written by Suzette Doctolero and directed by Dondon Santos, aside from Sen. Bong, also stars in this epicserye are Jennylyn Mercado, Rhian Ramos, Maxene Magalona, Solenn Heusaff, Sam Pinto,Sarah Lahbati, Rachelle Ann Go, Jackielou Blanco and many more.
