Coco Martin takes on the role of a superhero in the first official trailer released for the upcoming ABS-CBN fantasy series “Juan dela Cruz.”
Juan dela Cruz (John of the Cross) is an upcoming 2013 Philippine television drama to broadcast on ABS-CBN. Set during the 1940s Japanese colonial era, it is about a half aswang and half tagapagbantay, Juan dela Cruz (Coco Martin), whose holy cross can shift into different weapons to fight against evil, but mistakenly falls in love with aswang-hunter, Rosario (Erich Gonzales).
