Derek Ramsay, host of The Amazing Race Philippines and star of upcoming superhero drama Kidlat, led the TV5 all-star contingent during the network’s celebration at the Bacolod Public Plaza.
Other stars present during the event were JC de Vera, Nadine Samonte, Arnell Ignacio, Tuesday Vargas and Arci Muñoz.
TV5 prepared a fun and colorful program to coincide with this year’s festival theme, “Life’s Good in Bacolod.”
Aside from the lively, star-studded program, the Kapatid Network also entertained Negrenses and tourists alike with a marathon showing of shows like Pinoy Explorer, Artista Academy (Live Exams), Kapitan Awesome and the tagalized Korean soap opera Pink Lipstick. TV5 also set up booths where festival-goers signed up to play show-oriented games and join the Pinoy Explorer Club.
