Witness the once in a lifetime match of two of sports-entertainment’s most celebrated icons, The Rock and John Cena, as they face off in the highly anticipated “WrestleMania 28” airing exclusively on free TV via Studio 23 this Tuesday (April 3), 9:30 PM.
For hardcore WWE fans, the Kabarkada Network will also host a special via satellite screening of “Wrestlemania 28” free for all on Monday (April 2) at the Trinoma Activity Center. While the public viewing is for free, those who would like to get a chance to get good seats at the event can log on to www.studio23.tv and register.
Other matches for this annual wrestling event include The Undertaker vs Triple H, Team Teddy vs Team Johnny, WWE Champion CM Punk vs Chris Jericho, World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus, Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes vs Big Show, Randy Orton vs Kane, and Divas Champion Beth Phoenix and Eve vs Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos.
After a year of verbal jousts and limited physical confrontations, “The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment” The Rock will finally battle his fellow multi time World Champion, The Cenation Commander-in-Chief John Cena, whom he’s been aiming at ever since he returned to the WWE scene after a seven year hiatus.
The two crossed path in various WWE events but not as opponents. The 25th annual Survivor Series in Madison Square Garden, for example, put the rivals in a tag team that battled The Awesome Truth— tandem of wrestlers The Miz & R-Truth. Dubbed as “The Most Charismatic Tag Team of All Time,” The Rock and Cena kept their cool throughout the match and focused on bringing down their common enemies.
After their victory, The Rock drew battle lines once again when he nailed Cena with yet another Rock Bottom which further pushed WWE fans to the edge of their seats.
