“Musical Pop Princess” Julie Anne San Jose is now certified part of the GMA Records family after inking a contract with them a while ago at GMA Records, the music arm of GMA Network. Julie Anne’s first project under GMA Records will be her debut solo album.

Julie Anne (also callled Japs), who captured the hearts of millions with her covered songs – her rendition of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” is now a recording artist. Her contract with Sony expired ealy this year and now sh’e moving to her new home.
Recently, she was awarded as the Best Teen Female Performer during the 24th Aliw Awards. People say that she is the perfect role model for young girls everywhere and we couldn’t agree more. Julie Anne is a fast-rising star who is ready to take over Manila and the rest of the world by storm! Julie Anne is expected to begin recording of her first album by this month.
GMA Records is created in the last quarter of 2003, is a records company that releases music albums, and many of the albums have been platinum and gold record award albums. In 2005 GMA Records released a film titled “Let the Love Begin” on DVD and VCD, and when that was such a success they succeeded it with more titles such as “Lovestruck” and “Deathrow”.
Meanwhile, GMA Records’ continued efforts to find new distribution channels by making its music available on the Internet via iTunes, Amazon, China Mobile, among others that’s why they partnered with Valleyarm Digital late last year.
