The ‘madlang people’ are all in for the most exciting treat of their lives as ABS-CBN brings unparalleled fun, amusing games and loads of exciting prizes via its newest and much-anticipated noontime show “It’s Showtime” beginning Monday (Feb 6).
The show’s enthusiastic hosts Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Billy Crawford, ‘Kuya’ Kim Atienza, Karylle, Vice Ganda, Teddy Corpuz, Jugs Jugueta and ex-hurados and now hosts Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang, and Coleen Garcia will spark the network’s afternoon block with their spanking new segments and gimmicks that will indulge Filipinos’ love for fun and entertainment.
“I hope Filipinos will continue to embrace us the way they did when we were still in the morning timeslot,” said Vhong.
Vice, who will be hosting his own videoke showdown segment, said viewers will not be seeing the usual “Showtime” that they patronized for the past two years. “There will be new tricks and acts they can participate in and in no time at all be part of their lives,” he declared.
Anne also revealed that they will be using new songs, outfits, and jokes in the show, while Karylle said all of them will “shine” in their own segments, which were created based on the hosts’ respective talents and strengths.
While the classic “Arte Mo!” segment headlined by Vhong and Anne is making a big comeback, Billy encouraged the public to watch out for the stand-in characters he and Vhong will be portraying.
Another major surprise in store for the madlang people is the grandest game of “It’s Showtime,” wherein the hosts will come together to offer a whopping jackpot prize of P500,000 to participants.
The hosts guarantee that all the gimmicks and segments they will be launching were made to give premium entertainment to Filipino households in the Philippines and worldwide through The Filipino Channel (TFC).
“We’re not competing with anyone. We just want to continue making the madlang people happy,” Anne pointed out.
Meanwhile, the trademark talent search element will remain as one of the noontime show’s highlights to serve as platform for the most entertaining Filipino performers who want to showcase their talents or be simply seen on television.
Don’t miss out on all the fun and laughter! “It’s Showtime” has to offer! ‘Party-party’ with the ‘unkabogable’ barkada of ABS-CBN’s much-awaited noontime show premiering on Monday (Feb 6) after “Mundo Man ay Magunaw” on ABS-CBN.
