ABS-CBN is the Best TV Station in PMPC Star Awards for Television

ABS-CBN was again named Best TV station for the third consecutive year and was the most awarded TV network in the recently held PMPC Star Awards for Television after garnering a total of 29 awards versus GMA which bagged 15 awards and TV5 with five.

ABS-CBN President Charo Santos-Concio’s “Maalaala Mo Kaya” was proclaimed a hall of famer for the Best Drama Anthology category while Boy Abunda received a Hall of Fame award for the Best Male Showbiz-Oriented Host category.

Here is the complete list of winners from the Kapamilya Network:

Best TV Station- ABS-CBN
Best Drama Actress- Gretchen Barretto (“Magkaribal”)
Best Drama Actor- Coco Martin (“Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin”)
Best Single Performance by an Actress- Ai Ai Delas Alas (‘Krus’ episode of “MMK”)
Best Single Performance by an Actor- Enchong Dee (‘Parol’ episode of “MMK”)
Best Primetime TV Series- “Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin”
Best Comedy Actress- Ai Ai Delas Alas (“M3: Malay Mo Ma-develop”)
Best Drama Mini-Series- “Agimat: Mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla presents Kapitan Inggo”
Best Musical Variety Show- “ASAP Rocks”
Best Female TV Host- Toni Gonzaga (“ASAP Rocks”)
Best Male Showbiz-Oriented Show Host- Luis Manzano (“E-Live”)
Best Showbiz-Oriented Show- “The Buzz”
Best Talent Search Program Host- Luis Manzano, Billy Crawford (“Pilipinas Got Talent”)
Best Game Show- “Panahon Ko ‘To: Ang Game Show ng Buhay Ko”
