GMA Network’s banner newscast 24 ORAS remains the leading primetime news source based on the November 8 and 9 Mega Manila overnight television ratings data of the Nielsen TV Audience Measurement.
Nielsen’s November 8 overnight people ratings showed 24 ORAS getting 11.6 rating points, outclassing ABS-CBN’s TV Patrol with 10.7 – this despite the ABS-CBN newscast’s much-hyped changes in its roster of news readers.
Aired on the same time slot with 24 ORAS and TV Patrol, TV-5’s Willing-Willie only managed to get 10.3 rating points.
Anchored by the most formidable and most credible tandem in local broadcasting today — multi-awarded broadcast journalists Mike Enriquez and Mel Tiangco — and powered by the country’s most respected news team that has won both local and international honors, 24 ORAS works tirelessly to keep the viewers’ trust.
The Kapuso primetime newscast remains committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and journalism, delivering news that is “walang kinikilingan, walang kasinungalingan, walang pinoprotektahan, at walang bahid pulitika. Serbisyong Totoo lamang.” — LBG/RSJ, GMANews.TV
