Angel Locsin has started work on her teleserye comeback, Imortal, the project that pairs her with young drama king John Lloyd Cruz. Chito Roño, whom Angel described as a genius, directs the series.
Given how meticulous Direk Chito is with his work and the fantasy-action theme of Imortal, Angel said that the few taping days they have had have been very difficult.
Because of the physical demands of her role, Angel sees to it that she remains fit. I think I’m sexy.”
Although considered as one of the most desirable women in showbiz, Angel remains single at the moment, an idea she is comfortable with.
She added that for now she just wants to remain friends with ex-boyfriend Luis Manzano. “Okay naman kami ni Luis. We’re good friends. It’s better that way I think. Si Luis wala namang ipinagbago. Special pa rin siya sa akin. Wala naman siyang ipinagpipilitan.”
