Enter MMJ – the exciting new act from Vicor Music that’s set to make things, not to mention bodies, move at the onset of a thrilling New Year!
MMJ is twin-brothers act MM and MJ Magno, formerly of XLR8, who’s about to embark on a new phase of their career with the release of their debut album “Daleng Dale” from Vicor Music.
“Daleng Dale” is also the title of a pumping new dance track from MMJ whose touches of dub-step and hiphop will definitely heat up the dancefloor. The song (which loosely means “on target” or a colloquial for something “succesfully attained”) rides the crest of a resurgence of local dance music that the brothers are initiating. And it’s just the tip of dance-centric 5-song set that also includes another hot sounding club track entitled “Humahampas,” featuring talented young rappper Pio. The brothers MMJ certainly got their handle on club music with a party-worthy number in “Love Me Tonight,” whose sound is reminiscent of the music of Taio Cruz and Chris Brown.
